I actually have 2 quotes that have always resonated with me, both personally and professionally. "Dreams don't work unless you do!" and "Be YOU. Everyone else is already taken!"
This will age me, but most people don't know I've recorded and produced my own Christian music CD (do CDs even still exist?!). I was also in a bowling league when I was a teenager.
Breast Cancer Research Foundation: My mom is a survivor of kidney cancer and breast cancer twice, and she’s currently fighting metastatic breast cancer in her spine. As one of her primary caregivers, I’ve witnessed the harsh reality of cancer up close. Supporting more research brings us closer to ending breast cancer and ensuring longer, healthier lives for those we love. Early detection truly saves lives!
For shopping, I highly recommend visiting Kiser Country Mercantile and Copper Lane Boutique. If you're in the mood for a delicious meal, you can't go wrong with a juicy cheeseburger from Nick's Old Fashion Hamburger House or a tasty flatbread pizza from the Drift Along Pizza food truck!
Although I’m not an agent and haven’t shown a home myself, I’ve seen plenty while working with listing photos for advertising. One that really stood out was a home entirely covered from floor to ceiling and wall to wall with Dale Earnhardt memorabilia. As a Kannapolis native (Dale Earnhardt’s hometown), I can certainly appreciate the passion of a true NASCAR fan, but it was certainly a memorable home!
