Kendal Middleton is a licensed Realtor with nearly five years of experience serving clients across Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, and Guilford counties. Known for her kindness, honesty, and client-first approach, Kendal’s goal is for everyone she meets to feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood.

Comfortable representing both buyers and sellers, Kendal focuses on what best meets her clients’ needs whether that’s a tiny home on land, a downtown loft, a family home, or an investment property. She brings strong research skills, data-driven insight, and confident negotiation to every transaction, navigating challenges seamlessly so clients feel supported from start to finish.

Before real estate, Kendal worked with the American Red Cross in Donor Recruitment Development, managing a large multi-county territory and building lasting relationships across North Carolina. That experience shaped her belief that trust and relationships matter more than transactions.

Outside of real estate, Kendal is a mom to three teenagers and lives on a working horse farm along the Yadkin River. She is deeply involved with Laurel Ridge Moravian Camp and Conference Center, serving as a counselor and dean each summer. Guided by strong ethics and a commitment to exceeding expectations, Kendal is passionate about helping people find a place they truly love to call home.
